Joseph Isa, Principal and co-founder of IRG (Isa Realty Group), is a seasoned professional in the retail real estate industry. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Joseph began his career in sales and marketing for Miller Brewing before finding his true calling in real estate.

In 2004, Joseph entered the real estate realm as a commercial real estate broker in Chicago. In 2006, he moved to the bustling city of New York, marking a pivotal point in his career. By 2014, he founded IRG to concentrate on commercial real estate brokerage, propelling the firm to manage retail transactions totaling over $600 Million in gross rent.

Joseph's leadership style is one of action. He was taught to lead by example and firmly believes in setting a high bar for dedication and integrity. He is not one to delegate tasks he wouldn't undertake himself, fostering an environment of mutual respect and shared responsibility.

His expansive career and diverse expertise bear testimony to his professional excellence and dedication to the real estate industry.

Louis Franco, a partner at IRG (Isa Realty Group), has been an integral part of the company since its establishment in 2014. A seasoned professional with a firm focus on retail redevelopment and leasing, Louis has been pivotal in expanding IRG's footprint throughout New York City.

Over the years, Louis has demonstrated his expertise and understanding of the retail landscape through the successful leasing of numerous projects in and around Manhattan. His impressive client portfolio attests to his ability to deliver results, no matter the complexity or scale of the project.
